About ELG
The Edgework
Leadership Group develops leaders at all levels.
Combining years of experience in developing
individual capabilities and navigating the dynamics
of organizations, we support individuals through
coaching relationships to positively impact their
places of work.
Founded by
three organizational development practitioners with
over fifty years of shared experience, ELG draws on a
roster of coaches who have organizational savvy and
high interpersonal skills. We place a premium on
understanding large organizational systems and our
clients opportunities and challenges within
those systems.
With
individual development as our focus, we draw on
our clients capacity for growth and learning,
enabling them to thrive as individuals within complex
and demanding environments.
Our
Name
We have
Edgework in our name because of a belief we hold and
that informs the way we coach: leaders must be working
at the edge of where they are comfortable to both
grow as leaders and to significantly impact their
organizations. As coaches, we are here to support
leaders and managers who know they either need to
engage in "edge work" or step off the
leadership path. Our organizations are evolving and
we must evolve with them.
