An interview with Larry Mohl, a man uniquely qualified to reflect on the challenges of developing leadership capabilities in both engineers and doctors. Larry currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer of Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, the largest Children’s Hospital in the U.S, where he created the nationally recognized Center for Leadership. Formerly Larry was a VP and CLO at American Express, and worked for years at Motorola where he served as both the Director of Knowledge Management, and the Director of Leadership, Learning and Performance. We joined him for a conversation in Atlanta.
