Edgework Experience
Our core
offering is the Edgework Experience,
a six-month relationship with an Edgework coach
designed to achieve key client outcomes. The process
typically includes regular coaching sessions,
appropriate assessments and a plan for future
development and growth. EE enables clients to
explore their current situation and put into action
significant changes in order to move themselves and
their organizations forward.
Edgework
Initiation
For
challenges that are limited in scope but require a
depth of exploration, we offer Edgework
Initiation. EI enable
clients to gain perspective and insight into
particular situations that require clarity and
action. Lasting no more than three months, EI
is an intensive and focused inquiry to support client
effectiveness. TheEI coaching schedule varies
based on the situations urgency and importance.
Edgework
Excellence
Our most comprehensive offering is Edgework
Excellence, a year-long commitment to
learning and action. EX integrates
coaching, shadow observation, a variety of
assessments, quarterly reviews and a sustainment
strategy to foster insight, capability, and
transformative change. Clients who are involved with
EX may be networked with one another, if appropriate,
to broaden the learning community among executive
participants.
Edgework
Coaching Designs
Related but separate from our coaching
offerings is Edgework Coaching Designs. ECD
draws on our expertise in training and learning
design to offer our clients customized in-house
programs to increase the coaching capabilities of
executives and managers. Coaching is a skill set and
way of being, relevant to leaders who seek to
increase their personal effectiveness as well as the
effectiveness of their people. Whether it is creating
peer coaching groups or developing coaching skills,
we combine compelling learning methods with practical
frameworks.
